Synopsis
The events take place in the 1950s. The District Manager of the region opposes when the Democrat Party government forbids the call to prayer in Turkish. Adhan will be read in Arabic with the newly enacted law. The District Manager, who opposes this new practice, clashes with the townspeople due to his oppressive attitude. Meanwhile, the name of the director was involved in the murder of a bandit.
